OffWhite, Not Ready Yet.
I was planing to release the new theme OffWhite today, but i decide to release later maybe in easter holiday. Because i found the commenting system is not ready yet.

To use this blog program WordPress, you need a web hosting with Mysql database and PHP. There are several free wordpress hosting, but most of them are not allowed to customise the theme. Sorry la, i am using my friend 's hosting, i can't help you with this untill i have my own webhosting.
