iTunes 7.0!

iTunes is not just a music player but a media entertain center in you computer. You can download and play music, movies, TV shows, iPod games, audiobooks, and podcasts at computer, and with the great advantage, you can bring all of these within your iPod video/mini/nano/shuffle.
With the greater integrated with iTunes Store, iTunes 7.0 was released by Apple in few days ago with amazing new features.

There are lots of new features but what i am interesting in is the several features below:

Cover Flow

My mathematic teacher Jan always trying to remind me in class that a picture worth thousands words. It is much easier to read information from picture rather than read through the words. And this is what Cover Flow do. Using this feature, iTunes display the library with a flow of album cover. You can easily move the flow and looking for what you want to play.

Automatic Album Art

With this great feature, Cover Flow works much better. This feature allow the iTunes automatic search and download the matching album cover for you music from online iTunes Store. The important thing is that you need have a iTunes Store Account to take this advantage, to creat this account, you need to provide your credit card No.(or other cards) . And it is only for songs in English only i think.

New User Interface

iTunes 7.0 has a new user interface, three different way to view your source list. And a more organised playlist. - And i love the new color of its icon. It is cool.

With Cover Flow

iPod Summary

A new summary page of your iPod, you can change the setting of your iPod, and view the source alloaction of your iPod with a clear and nice graphic summary.

Apple Software Update

This makes update iTunes much much easier. Before this we need to download the whole install file (more than 30m with Quicktime) to update our iTunes, but now we just need to simply run the Apple Software Update, it will do everthing for you.

There are more features like Gapless Playback, Download Manager, Multiple Libraries, Download Movies. Those feature are great but they are not that attractive to me.

If you are using older version of iTunes, update now. If you do not have a iTunes in your computer, download the iTunes and enjoy its great features.
