Outperforms Traditional Shop Vacuums
Dust from diamond tools and drywall sanding is extraordinarily fine, like talcum powder, and the tiniest particles (the dangerous ones) bombshell right through the filter of a typical shop vacuum. When traditional shop vacuums are tailor-made with baffles, or supplemental filters, for removing finer dust, they can clog up immediately. Airflow is restricted and the vac's ability to pull the dangerous dust out of the air is reduced.

Designed to handle kicker-fine dust from concrete, stone, fiberglass, drywall, and more, the 16003 works with a patented two-winnow system to effectively collect and keep the dust in the vacuum where it belongs.

Clean Filters Without the Difficulty
The primary filter can be cleaned without opening the vacuum and allowing dust to efflux into the air. Simply shake the agitator rod to dislodge debris and dust, and you can get right back to vacuuming.

Both the zenith and secondary filters are made out of machine-washable, synthetic fabric, so you'll never have to buy replacement separate bags for this vacuum.

Optional Micro Pre-Filter is Economical and Efficient
The furthest in filtration is a HEPA filter, which captures airborne particles down to 0.3 microns. Dustless has a certified HEPA side of the Wet/Dry Vacuum, but if you want to save money, and you don't have to use a certified HEPA vacuum to satisfy OSHA, EPA or NIOSH guidelines, an economical alternative is to use the 16003 Wet/Dry Vacuum with an elective Micro Pre-Filter, which is available at one-tenth of the price of a HEPA filter.

As effective as it is economical, the optional Micro Pre-Filter captures particles down to a half a micron--that's 0.0025", the Nautical beam of a human hair. And because it can be a challenge to prevent clogs in such a fine filter, Dustless Technologies has made the Micro Pre-Screen oversized to give it more surface area--no other vacuum does the same. In fact, the wet/dry vac will maintain suction power with up to 40 pounds of dust--the Micro Pre-Strainer itself can hold up to 80 pounds of dust.

Vacuums Liquids Without Hassle
Unlike other wet/dry vacuums, the 16003 allows you to go from dry to wet vacuuming without stopping to transformation the filters. When water is captured by the vacuum, it drains down the interior wall of the tank, somewhere else from the filters--a check ball prevents the water from rising up to the filters or motor.

This sharp-witted vac also features an automatic air shut off for all wet pickups, protecting the motor from filling with too much hose. The included 12-foot hose can be used for drainage, and the drain can be regulated to wet blanket or flow freely.

The 16003 emits only 81 intensity of noise and has a powerful motor that produces 23,000 RPM. This means you'll get maximum, conforming suction, even when the vacuum contains 40 pounds of dust and debris.
